Suntory marked its 100th year by giving Hibiki Harmony a fresh, faceted look: the bottle itself has 24 sides, one for every Japanese season, wrapped in a Setsugekka snow-moon-flower motif. Inside is the same blend of malt and grain whiskies from Yamazaki, Hakushu, and Chita, 43% ABV, opening with rose, lychee, and sandalwood before settling into honey, candied orange peel, and white chocolate, with a long finish touched by Mizunara oak. Pour it neat to let that woodiness unfold.
