Each is aged in new oak barrels for at least five years, then blended and aged for another 6-12 months in alligator charred oak barrels to deepen its color and add rich dark toasted vanilla flavors. The result is a smooth whiskey, bottled at a proof of 100.

Nose: Maple with milled grains and a light nuttiness. Dried berries, vanilla custard, and toasted oak.
