Hacienda de Chihuahua - Reposado Sotol

Hacienda de Chihuahua Sotol is operated by Vinomex and the distillery is located in Delicias, Chihuahua, Mexico. The distillery originally produced brandy under the guidance of its master distiller but later switched to sotol. To guarantee the continued availability of sotol, Vinomex has initiated an extensive conservation program which ensures the preservation of the Dasylirion plant for future generations. Sotol Hacienda de Chihuahua is USDA organic certified and Kosher certified. The company slogan is "Like Tequila? Love Sotol".

The Reposado is aged for six months in new charred French oak casks.
