Compass Box - Great King Street Glasgow Blend Blended Scotch Whisky
The Great King Street range is full, rich and smoky on the palate with notes of baking spices and sherry wine notes. It is made with a very high proportion of Highland and Islay single malts (about 67%), combined with Lowland single grain whisky. It is matured in a combination of sherry, American and French oak casks. Not chill-filtered.
Nose: Baking spices and sherry wine notes with peat and light vanilla.
Palate: Full, rich and smoky with earthy notes, tobacco and a creamy body.
Finish: Peat grows more smokey along with notes of fruit and oak. Slightly drying
