Our Fresh is a small batch, un-aged American whiskey distilled in a copper pot still. Developed as an American clear spirit for mixology, it has a distinct flavor for enhancing the traditional cocktail. Crafted to replace vodka, rum, or tequila.
Made from corn, malted rye and malted barley mash.
Tasting notes
Caramel, baking spice, and honey on the bouquet with an aggressive attack of citrus and sea salt. Mid palate is soft with a note of vanilla sugar with a very quick finish of malty chocolate.
