Recommendation: As a digestif, with a mature cigar, or a cut of meat with a good amount of fat.
They are perfect for pairing with chocolates that have a high cocoa content (more than 70%), characterized by their strong acidic and fruity notes, and marked astringency.

Aroma
Baking spices (nutmeg, anise, vanilla, lavender), caramel, toasted coconut, maple, vanilla, butter, dried fruits, fruits in syrup. Great balance and complexity achieved by time and the fusion of the two woods, American and French.
Sabor
Medium-high alcoholic attack, confirming the nose with oak, pepper, cinnamon, cocoa, coffee, maple, present tannins and a very long finish.
