This handcrafted gin from Belgium is distilled in the Southern part of Flanders and lends its name to the two sons of the founder. An exquisite composition based on 9 separately distilled botanicals. Juniper berries, Japanese Fugi apples and black pepper are the leading ingredients. Perfectly balanced to drink it straight, to mix in a cocktail or with your favorite tonic. This unique bottle is the result of Belgian craftsmanship, US knowledge and Asian botanicals.

Tasting notes

apples (dry), cardamom, angelica root, crispy cinnamon in the mid-build. The finish is long, slightly sweet and shows some complexity from grassy, damp and herbal notes.

About Gilliam's Gin

APPEARANCE Clear and water-white, with blue haze.
NOSE Clean and pronounced nose with aromas from: Juniper, Citrus Peel (Lime), Cinnamon, Apple & Dried Flowers. Black Pepper in the background. 
PALATE Off-Dry, with a smooth, mouth filling and warming texture. The palate reveals pronounced characteristic from apples (dry), cardamom, angelica root, crispy cinnamon in the mid-build. The finish is long, slightly sweet and shows some complexity from grassy, damp and herbal notes. 
CONCLUSION Gilliamʼs Gin is a very good quality distilled gin, made with knowledge and craftsmanship.

Our Story

This handcrafted gin is distilled in the Southern part of Flanders, Belgium. An exquisite composition based on 9 separately distilled botanicals. Japanese Fugi apples, black pepper and juniper berries are the leading ingredients. Multiple awarded by International organizations on taste and design since 2016. The result is a very accessible and perfectly balanced gin with tasting notes of Indian cinnamon, Spanish lemon and black pepper. Distilled with passion, knowledge and craftsmanship.
