This Distinguished Straight Bourbon Whiskey is produced from 100% New York State grains, with a high corn mash bill of 80% corn and 20% rye and barley. Aged in new small capacity charred oak barrels, this graceful and delicate bourbon has an enticing creamy mouthfeel with strong palate notes of vanilla and crème brulée and finishes with subtle notes of caramel and butterscotch.
