Flavours of apple, tropical fruit and crème brûlée combine to create a sophisticated crowd-pleasing single cask, single malt. Matured in hogsheads to enhance the fruity house style of this Speyside distillery. – Fable
Nose: Fresh orchard fruits with a side note of zesty citrus. Waxy and rich. With time hints of sun warmed oak, resin and honey. Top shelf oranges.
Taste: Very sweet and more than full bodied. This is borderline decadent in all it’s sugary fruitiness. All manner of juicy fruits dipped in succulent, floral honey.
Finish: Medium long finish. Oranges - juicy and zesty, rich honey and mild spices. A touch oaky in the end.
