Bin Nun Winery - Song Of Solomon Cabernet Sauvignon Dry Red Wine

King Solomon is a pure Cabernet Sauvignon wine, made from selected clusters of the very successful vintage of 2019. This wine is faithful to the noble origin of the variety combined with our unique terroir, the result of the warm Mediterranean climate, and the microclimate in the hills of our vineyards. It has a full body and structure, thanks to its fine tannins, yet harmoniously balanced. The colour is deep, and the mouthfeel is strong, yet, the wine maintains its freshness, due to good acidity. The wine is also very fruity with notes of black cherry, black currant and blackberries that are distinctively recognized. The wine was aged for 24 months in selected French oak barrels, as expressed by oak aroma and spices, which were perfectly integrated into the wine.
