Named for the Rocky Mountain bighorn ram roaming Montana's high country, this blend of bourbons comes from Willie's Distillery in Ennis, aged in new charred white oak and finished at a smooth 80 proof. Expect sweet corn, honey, and vanilla on the nose, with light caramel and a touch of apple carrying into a short, clean finish. Distilled with regional grains and Madison Range mountain water, it took Double Gold honors at the 2023 PR%F Awards. Pour it neat over ice or build it into an easygoing whiskey cocktail.
