From Eigashima Shuzo's White Oak Distillery on the coast of Akashi, Hyogo Prefecture — one of Japan's earliest licensed whisky makers — this single malt spends roughly five to eight years across ex-bourbon, sherry, and barley casks before bottling at 46% ABV.
