It is bottled at 90 proof and is made from 100% Texas-grown corn, wheat, and malted barley. This bourbon has won several awards, including a Double Gold at the 2020 San Francisco World Spirits Competition, and is known for its smooth and complex flavor profile with notes of vanilla, caramel, and dark fruit.
Tasting notes
On the nose you find aromas of grape, demerara sugar, raw grains, cinnamon, and maple. The thick mouthfeel has a flavor-blast of molasses, pecans, concord grape, worn leather, and a bit of heat. The finish is medium length, sweet and a bit oily, with flavors of rye toast, caramel and vanilla with just a hint of smoke.
