FAQ

You've got questions. We've got answers.

Feel free to pause or cancel your subscription at any time. You must cancel before the 1st of the month to not receive that month's box. If you do not cancel before the cut off, the cancellation will go into effect the following month.

Our selections will always be craft or boutique brands that have at least a 4+ rating on TIPXY.com.

Monthly Subscribers - Your package will ship the 3rd week of the month and will arrive before the end of the month. Quarterly Subscribers - Your package will ship the 3rd week of the month and will arrive before the end of the month - every three months on the following schedule: March, June, September, December. 

Yes! You also need to be 21+ with photo ID. Consider having it shipped to your workplace for convenience.

If you placed your order on or before the 1st of that specific month, your package will ship the 3rd week of that month. You will receive your package before the end of that particular month. 

All orders must be received by December 2nd to be delivered on or before December 23rd

Receiving the TIPXY Flight Club subscription box helps you to explore and discover new brands. We don't offer refunds however, bottles that aren’t your favorite might make for great gifts or something you can serve at your next party.

Subscriptions can be changed at any time. You will need to cancel your current subscription and then subscribe again and choose the new frequency you would like.

If an item(s) in your order is out of stock, you will be refunded for the out of stock items to your original payment method. The remaining items in your order will ship to you.

TIPXY is a platform that partners with various retailers in different states. Alcohol laws are complicated and constantly changing, for now, we don't ship to the following states:

Alabama, Alaska, Hawaii, Illinois, Kentucky, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, North Dakota, South Dakota, Oregon, Tennessee, Utah, Washington
