Cali Distillery is a family owned and operated spirits producer that literally started in our founders' kitchen. It is based in Los Angeles creating premium spirits with a California twist. From the vibrant low lying beaches of So Cal to the snow capped Sierra's, our state truly offers something for everyone. We aim to convey that same sentiment by creating whiskies and liqueurs individually unique and distinct from bottle to bottle, to give consumers a fresh perspective on how whiskey has been reimagined on the west coast. Etrog and Kosher

The Etrog fruit, also known as the citron, is a significant fruit in Jewish culture. It is used during the holiday of Sukkot and represents unity, fertility, and abundance. It is also used in Jewish culinary traditions for its unique citrusy taste.

Etrog Martini:

Ingredients:

- 2 ounces Etrog Liqueur

- 1 1/2 ounces vodka

- 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice

- Ice cubes

- Lemon twist, for garnish

Instructions:

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.

2. Add the Etrog Liqueur, vodka, and fresh lemon juice to the shaker.

3. Shake well until the mixture is chilled.

4. Strain the cocktail into a martini glass.

5. Garnish with a lemon twist.

6. Serve and enjoy!
