Montanya - Oro Gold Rum

Unlike many gold rums, this full-bodied spirit never receives added sugar, molasses caramel or colorings/flavorings of any kind. Prominent flavors include red chili, coffee, caramel, vanilla, pineapple, and chocolate, and it’s our go-to rum for Pina Coladas, Painkillers, Manhattans, Old Fashioneds.

Oro ages for two years in American White Oak barrels from Colorado’s Laws Whiskey House. Because the barrel is wet and fresh from the whiskey, the Oro is fuller-bodied and picks up more flavor from the oak than Platino.
