Burnside has a casual confidence about it that feels as appropriate today as it would have 100 years ago and fits comfortably with the “Keep Portland Weird” aesthetic.
Burnside Goose Hollow Reserve is a small batch expression of straight bourbon whiskies that are meticulously blended then aged for 45 days in Garryana Casks for a South meets West Bourbon unlike any other. Glorious Oregon Oak makes for some of the best bourbon!
Nose: Robust oak, pine and smokey coals. Once aerated, notes of fruitcake, apricot and caramel.
Flavor: Enters unflinchingly at 92 proof and undergoes a metamorphosis on the palate from peppery wood and bitter chocolate to tobacco, plums and vanilla
