According to biblical sources, the Avnei Hahoshen where the breastplate stones that adorned the vest of the High Priest. Inspired by these precious stones and using the finest, most exceptional grapes, we created Binyamina’s Avnei Hahoshen Series to offer you a taste of an ancient world, with a modern touch.

The Sapphire is produced from Cabernet Frank and Shiraz grapes, combined with a small amount of Merlot grapes, all from our finest plots in the Golan Heights and Upper Galilee. This is a fruit-driven wine with great intensity and depth that showcases the vineyards of the region. A New World wine through and through, it’s ready to drink immediately upon release, but will still reward after sometime in the cellar.
