Simple Man Distillery - Amaro Georgiano

Simple Man Distillery partners with local growers to produce innovative, world class farm-to-glass spirits. Knowing this, the Michelin recognized Porchetta Group was looking for a locally sourced Amaro that would satisfy passion for the digestivo born of Italian origin. The gauntlet was thrown and Simple Man Distillery accepted the challenge. Collaboration with A Sip of Paradise Garden, a community garden in EAV tended by bartenders. The recipe intends to showcase locally grown Georgia flowers, roots and other botanicals. Notes of roasted pecan, honeysuckle, and black cardamom. *Contains Nuts*
