About Tabby Road

Tabby Road is a veteran owned, family operated American craft whisky brand. Our family of five, 60% female, manage all aspects of the brand. Each Tabby Road release is a unique and distinct whisky expression. We personally craft each and every bottling, and we only release Tabby Road when it meets our very high standards.

We are headquartered on Daufuskie Island, SC. The TABBY in Tabby Road was inspired by Daufuskie Island, an early oyster mecca where historic tabby ruins are still seen to this day. The Tabby Road brand represents the determination of the early Coastal US settlers who used simple ingredients to create structures that have lasted for generations.

The ROAD in Tabby Road was inspired by the American journey. It’s about the recurring American story that through hard work and perseverance you can achieve great things. We crafted the Tabby Road brand from start to finish and along the way created a top quality whisky brand that in 2022 and 2023 so far alone has won 22 international spirits competition medals out of 22 entries. Of the medals won, 10 are Double Gold/Platinum Awards and 2 were awarded the Best in Category for the entire competition.
