Caribou Crossing - Single Barrel Canadian Whisky

A single cask Canadian whisky created to offer a new perspective to an often-overlooked spirit. This whisky is imported by the Sazerac Co and has notes of caramel, coriander seed, baking spice and vanilla.

Caramel, grain, vanilla, biscuity, oak and some butterscotch and spice. Good balance, medium body and a light feel.
