Opens fresh, salty and clean - developing to sweet malt dried over peat. Aromas of ashes, sweet tar, beaches and smoking chimneys. Long and lingering finish that replicates the palate with salty, tangy liquorice, smoke, bonfire ashes and a phenolic quality.
