To mark 100 years since Suntory opened Yamazaki, Japan's first malt distillery, this 12-year single malt gets celebratory copper-toned packaging, but the liquid is the real story. Matured in a rare trio of American oak, Spanish oak, and Japan's prized Mizunara, it opens with peach, candied orange, and vanilla, then turns to coconut, cranberry, and a long, sweet ginger-cinnamon finish. Sip it neat or over one big cube. 43% ABV.
