Stellum - Tara Bourbon Whiskey
Stellum Bourbon Tara is a blend of three unique blends. The first is focused on high-rye and high-corn Indiana Bourbon, the second is focused on older fruit-forward Tennessee Bourbon, and the third is concentrated on spice-driven Kentucky Bourbon. The three blends were slowly layered into the final blend, resulting in a multifaceted bourbon with the structure of a high-rye Indiana Bourbon and the nuance of hand selected Tennessee and Kentucky barrels.
Nose - Nice nose with some vanilla and spice that is a tad on the light side
Body - Plenty of caramel with some spice and vanilla
