This beautiful and exceptionally full-bodied sake is the result ten-year endeavor to create a one-of-a-kind rice strain: Yamada-Nishiki ["the king of the rice"]. This rice strain is the first successful crossbreed of Yamadaho and Wataribune in 70 years. The brew is luxurious, full of lovely floral aromas, yet delicately refined.
