Fable - Chapter Eleven Ghost, Glen Spey 11 Year Old
Fable Whisky is an independent bottler of single cask whiskies. Far from ordinary, they are founded on the old art of storytelling, combined with the modern arts of animation and illustration. They bring legendary myths and tales from Scotland to life through these visual arts, while showcasing the best single malts which they hand select to ensure distinctive tastes and intriguing characters - just like the stories of old. All of Fable’s whiskies are bottled in their purest form: cask strength, natural colour, and without chill filtration.
Speyside is home to many of Scotland’s best known distilleries. Rothes is one of the key villages in the Speyside region and this is home to the Glen Spey distillery. Glen Spey is one of the most modest distilleries in the region and quietly produces some really tasty single malt whiskies. Glen Spey represents the Ghost in Clanyard Bay story, which is fitting as this distillery has been said to have a ghost in residence.
