Cava - Blanco Cafe Tequila
Their tequila is made from one hundred percent of Blue Agave Weber Tequilana. The excellence of their product begins with the thorough selection of agave with ripening time between eight and ten years. Before its preparation, the base of agave is removed in order to avoid the formation of unwanted alcohols and afterwards it is placed for some period of time into the specially designed ovens. After the fermentation process, the must (juices and syrups of agave) goes through double distillation in stills specially designed to obtain a maximum purity of the product. It follows by the rectification and filtration before it is being deposited into the new exclusive French barrels, made from the combination of special fine woods, where the tequila will rest for six months, to form a special blend of color and aroma.
