Booker - Teresa's 2019-01 Batch Bourbon Whiskey

Booker’s Bourbon 2019-01 “Teresa’s Batch,” according to those behind it, “is named in honor of Teresa Wittemer, a longtime Beam distillery employee personally selected by 6th Generation Master Distiller Booker Noe to work on his namesake bourbon brand.

Nose: The nose is filled with ripe plums, toffee, warm roasted peanuts, old leather, and vanilla.

Palate: The palate has a full body and an interesting flavor of dark chocolate peanut-butter & banana sandwiches with notes of honey and allspice.

Finish: The finish is medium length with oak and spices.
