Beluga - Transatlantic Racing Russian Vodka
Beluga vodka is distilled in Siberia, 300 km from the nearest town. It is produced from malt using a natural fermentation process without the addition of enzymes. After distillation Beluga undergoes quartz sand filtration and is rested for three months prior to bottling. Note:All 80 proof vodka freezes at a temperature of -24 degrees Celsius. Sometimes the freezer is a little bit colder than this or the bottle is placed close to a freezer element and it may actually freeze. It is still the same quality when it has melted, the bottle just needs to be shaken gently! We don't recommend that you should drink any vodka very ice-cold. The perfect serving temperature is approx 5-8 C. You can of course put the vodka in the freezer, but the colder vodka you have the more flavour and aroma is lost.
