A novel collaboration between the Connacht Whiskey Company in Ireland & the New Liberty Distillery in Philadelphia. Two ten year old whiskeys have been blended together, resulting in a whiskey with lots of flavour yet incredibly smooth.
Tasting notes
Grassy, grainy, and floral on the nose, with hints of citrus, grape soda, and apples. The palate is creamy, fruity, sweet, and light, with creamed corn, milk chocolate, and grassy and floral notes. There's a hint of spice and a milk chocolate finish
